- To root your device, go on to the framaroot website here and select the latest version of the apk given in the left sidebar of the website.
- Now locate the downloaded file in your file manager and install in onto your device. Please make sure the unknown applications box is checked before you install the apk.
- Once done with the installation, you will find yourself on this screen where you’ll have to the select the “Install Superuser” as shown in the picture.

2nd Method: Kingroot
If framaroot did not help you root your latest android device, this is the 2nd best method that works for 70% of the users if they can’t get their android rooted with framaroot. To root your android device with kingroot, follow the steps below.
- To download the Kingroot app from the official website, click here. If this is not accessible, try downloading the app by clicking here.
- Now locate the downloaded file in your file manager and install in onto your device. Please make sure the unknown applications box is checked before you install the apk.
- The next step is to click on “Try To Root/ Start Root”. Once clicked lay back and relax for a while. If your phone reboots during the process, you do not have to worry a bit.
- Let the loading process occur. If clicking on it works for you, you will be able to successfully root your device as shown in the screen. Reboot your device once and you’re good to go with the privileged access.
- If the kingroot could not root your device, let us take you the last method that might work for you as it works for many others.
3rd Method: iRoot
Although the name of this particular suggests that it has something to do with iphones or ipad, however, that’s not the case. The method of rooting your device hardly takes 5 minutes and works for a lot of users. Let’s us help you root your android phone with iRoot.
- First and foremost, you need to head to the site here to download the iRoot app for android.
- Now locate the downloaded file in your file manager and install i onto your device. Please make sure the unknown applications box is checked before you install the apk.
- Now click on the “Root Now” and let the rooting process start. Again, frequent reboots should not worry you as they are part of the rooting process.
- Once, the rooting process is completed, you will either be successfully notified of the completion of the process or you will have to taste the bitter medicine and try another method.
